I suffer with depression and I love MLP FIM and it makes me smile but hell it doesn’t cure depression, people who claim it too I personally feel just get a case of the blues the word is used too lightly for my taste.
As someone who suffers from depression herself, I can tell you that depression comes from many sources, and at many different degrees, which means there are a multitude of things that can cure one’s depression. Which is why I must ask:
Where the hell do you get off thinking you’re superior by saying you’ve suffered more than they have?
And before you say, “I didn’t say I was superior,” yeah, you did. These other people don’t know true depression? You have no clue what they’re going through, or how each of these individuals handles their situations. They are experiencing their own degrees of true depression, and if MLP has helped them more than it’s helped you, there’s nothing wrong with that. Get off your high horse, please. (Pun not intended.)
